Fortuna "Judy" Habib has been practicing law for nearly 20 years with extensive experience in Family Law. She is a former supervising attorney for the Onondaga County Child Support Law Unit in the Department of Social Services where she represented the county in child support petitions, modifications, and expungement hearings.
In private practice, Ms. Habib has represented hundreds of parents in custody, abuse and neglect, and child support proceedings and trials.
